Our Governing Board
Families and whanau can be involved at Hutt City Kindergartens at many different levels – from helping during kindergarten sessions, to guiding and directing the organisation at Board level.
Our Governing Board has 7 elected family members from across our 20 kindergartens. We value their membership as it brings a strong family and whanau perspective to our Board. These members are joined by the General Manager – Operations and the General Manager – Professional Service, along with two Staff Representatives.
This group meets monthly to oversee the quality of service being offered and to make sure that the needs of families are at the forefront of all decisions being made.
