Supporting Language Development 

Get fun and practical ideas for how you can support your child's language development at home.

This workshop shares the role that parents and whānau play in developing a child's language. You will learn about how children learn to talk and techniques you can do at home to encourage their language growth.

This is a free workshop for parents and whānau of children enrolled with Hutt City Kindergartens.

Presented by Claire Fouhy, Speech Language Therapist from Hutt City Kindergartens. You are welcome to bring along questions for Claire.

Morning tea will be provided after the workshop.
