About Waterloo Kindergarten

The teaching team at Waterloo Kindergarten have created an environment which provides a range of opportunities for tamariki to engage in, explore and follow their interests. All activities are intentionally set up to progress the learning and development of our tamariki.

Our Kindergarten is focused on offering rich early literacy experiences and promoting curiosity and discovery. Our learning environment encourages exploration of the natural world with its trees, busy enclosures, gardens and bird life. We are involved with the Waterloo Community Gardens and promote links within the community.  The knowledge of our tamariki is valued and celebrated, and our Kindergarten is a place where tamariki are excited about learning.
