Our teaching teams are passionate about providing rich learning environments where children can explore, develop and have fun. We welcome people who can share in that passion.

We are a not-for-profit dedicated to making quality early childhood education accessible to all. We have 20 kindergartens throughout the Hutt Valley, including Stokes Valley, Central Hutt, Western Hill and Wainuiomata. We are proud to be an integral part of our local community and celebrate our cultural diversity and identity.

About the Van Service

Hutt City Kindergartens provides a solution for families who do not have access to transport and whose tamariki would not participate in kindergarten education without the van service.

For tamariki who use the van, their kindergarten experience starts as soon as they leave home - our van teams are an important part of the service we offer.

Our vans are staffed by a Driver and an Assistant, and both people are required to be with the tamariki at all times.
